Discover the connection between yoga and food with David Romanelli and Province

Are you in need of a night of relaxation filled with nourishment for your mind, appetite and health? If the answer is yes than set your calendar for Yoga for Foodies. Yahoo! Wellness expert David Romanelli is touring the country to share his Yoga for Foodie sessions by partnering with a variety of prominent chefs. On Monday, March 8 Province’s Randy Zweiban will be teaming up with David to create a true one of a kind experience that will bring together the connection between yoga and food.
The event begins with Dave’s Vinyasa flow yoga session. The focus will be on the affect food can have on our bodies and the benefits of understanding our food’s origins and freshness. He expresses the belief that “when we move in a frenzied way through the day we don’t eat… we “feed”. This high velocity lifestyle diminishes the flavor and essence of life.” Through this program David and Randy will reconnect the message food carries for our well- being and health.
After the yoga session, you will be able to taste the message through a five- course meal of fresh and artful food. The menu features, a variety of flavors and textures that will be sure to ignite all of your senses. Take a look for yourself.
