Everyone gets hungry after a good workout, so imagine finishing a hardcore yoga class with a fun reward: a gourmet food tasting session! That’s the idea behind a new fitness trend that’s making its way around the country. Would you try it?

Yahoo! Wellness Expert, At One Yoga Co-Founder author David Romanelli thinks that yoga and food, good food, are meant for each other. His nationwide, traveling, event, called Jam Sessions: Yoga for Foodies, lets you do some high-intensity yoga, then feast on amazing food.

According to his Web site: “Have you ever had a meal so delicious you want to physically prepare for it? Why not stretch out before indulging in ravioli stuffed with spinach-cashew ricotta, pine nut pesto and sundried tomato sauce? Wouldn’t that beloved French Onion Soup with gruyere and potato puree be better after a heart-opening backbend?”
