Sarah Haskins

Triathlete

Swimmer Sarah Haskins grew up in St. Louis, MO and took to the waters as a young girl. She competed locally and also ran cross country while in high school. Later, Haskins competed in cross-country and track at the University of Tulsa, where she graduated with honors.

Of course, Haskins’ knack for speed on foot and in the water made her a natural for the sport of triathlon, and she competed in her first in 2003 and became a professional triathlete less than a year later, in 2004.

Haskins soon found success and nabbed a silver medal at the 2008 World Championships and also represented the U.S. in triathlon at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. There, she finished 11th, but her goals include future gold.
