Simon Gowen is a triathlon coach, speaker and licensed executive coach. He teaches programs on mental preparation for training and racing and weight loss for athletes. Simon is a competitive age grouper who won a silver medal in his age division at the ITU World Championships in Vancouver 2008 and was first overall at the Strawberry Fields Sprint Triathlon in 2009 at age 41. Simon’s coaching programs have been featured in Harpers and Queen, Elle, Vogue, Tattler, The Daily Mail, Slimming Magazine, Zest, The London Times, The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph, California CEO Magazine, Competitor Radio, BBC Radio London, Wave Radio, Kcal 9 television network and Triathlon Examiner. His has been the personal coach to over 20 CEO’s and advisor to many corporate triathlon teams.
