But first, a little background on Expo West.
The Natural Products Expo is the world’s largest natural, organic, and healthy products convention, bringing together the best of the best in food and beauty products.
Each year, about 80,000 people swarm the Anaheim Convention Center to get a peek and a taste of what’s hot in wellness. This year, there were about 3,100 exhibitors – by far too many for me to review for this post!
I’ll admit I bypassed a lot of stuff (I didn’t even try any nut butters for goodness sake), but what I did see was impressive. Tons of delicious and inventive new products featuring of the moment ingredients like probiotics, ancient grains, florals, and one of the most important staples in my kitchen, seeds!
