S&Co’s New Years Resolutions

As we say goodbye to 2017, the S&Co team is starting to consider our New Years resolutions. Since we work with so many amazing health and wellness clients, of course our resolutions tend to be more health-focused, but we are thinking about making positive changes in other aspects of our lives as well. Whether it’s jotting goals down for the new year on a scrap piece of paper, creating a vision board, or writing them in a journal, written goals are often easier to visualize and are more likely to hold us accountable.

Jessica Hofmann

This year, my New Year’s resolution is to go see more live music. I get out to shows occaisonally but I am really going to make an effort to see more. I find live music to be extremely cathartic, and, I LOVE to dance. For me, getting lost in the music cleanses my soul, while burning calories. It’s a win/win!

Kelsey Kearns

I find myself sitting a lot during the day while at work, so one of my New Year’s Resolutions is to try and take a short walk during lunch. It may not happen every day, but I definitely want to try harder to get away from my desk, get outside and talk a walk. That is one of my many resolutions for 2018!

My News Years Resolution is to live each day better than I was the day before. I want to eliminate negativity and look to each day with a positive attitude.

Sadie Ruben

My resolution is definitely to journal more. Even if it means five minutes every night, journaling is good for cleansing emotions and thoughts. And I’m all about finding a cute journal to write in!
