Dr. Steven Gundry, author of The Plant Paradox, was featured on Livestrong’s Stronger podcast this week. During the podcast, Dr. Gundry spoke about the benefits of intermittent fasting. He follows a specific way of intermittent fasting. Mast explains, “For example, Dr. Gundry allows wine as part of his diet – and even adapts his way of intermittent fasting for weekends and special occasions.
