S&Co client Pedram Shojai, author of The Urban Monk and The Art of Stopping Time was featured in this Yahoo article on ways to become more of a morning person. There are proven benefits to waking up earlier, but for many of us, it may seem impossible to wake up at 5am. Pedram suggests spending “15 minutes meditating, closing the windows, and reconciling your previous day so you’re not stuck processing old information and being backlogged into the next day” as a way to clear your “thought indigestion” that often keeps us in bed.
