S&Co client Cat Cora was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article on the often ignored mental health crisis in the restaurant industry. After the death of Anthony Bourdain, the culinary community started to engage in a more open dialogue about mental health. Cat Cora explains, “We are dealing with an epidemic of mental illness in our industry. [Bourdain] was the last person people thought would commit suicide.”
