espnW Unveils Sponsors for the Seventh Annual Women + Sports Summit

Today, espnW is unveiling the roster of sponsors for the seventh annual espnW: Women + Sports Summit presented by Toyota. Toyota returns as the presenting sponsor, along with Gatorade and The V Foundation for Cancer Research. New sponsors joining the event include adidas, Google, Visa and Wells Fargo.

From October 13-15, the Summit will again gather top female athletes and sports industry leaders at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, Calif. The two-day conference will feature panels, keynotes, work sessions, presentations and activities geared towards advancing the agenda of women in sports and focused around the “Vision, Action, Impact” theme.

In addition to branding and on-site integrations, Summit sponsorships will feature digital and social activations across espnW’s platforms.

Toyota will announce the fourth class of “Everyday Heroes,” an award that honors individuals making a difference for women and girls in their local communities through sports. In addition to showcasing its vehicles throughout the venue, Toyota will host the Summit’s Opening Night reception and celebrate “Everyday Heroes” during the event and online at espnW.com/Summit.

Gatorade, the official sports fuel sponsor, will provide guests with its products at all athletic activities throughout the conference, where attendees can participate in boot camps, strength training, morning runs, yoga and cycling.

Sponsoring the Summit for the second consecutive year, The V Foundation for Cancer Research will invite guests to participate in three Team V runs in conjunction with the New York Road Runners, including a beach and a road run. The organization will also provide guests with educational materials that drive awareness of cancer research.

Four new sponsors joining this year’s Summit include:

adidas, the exclusive fitness and apparel sponsor, will host a branded gifting suite where attendees can receive apparel to be worn throughout the event. Additionally, the brand will provide guests with unique fitness activities led by adidas instructors, including yoga and a cardio boot camp.

Google is joining the Summit with an on-site and digital presence.

Saturday’s content will include the Visa Olympic Spotlight Panel, featuring Olympic gold medalist Ashton Eaton and Olympic bronze medalist Brianne Theisen-Eaton. During the panel, the married couple will share their inspiring stories of how they excel individually and together.

Official financial sponsor Wells Fargo will play a key role at the Summit, with branded giveaways in the gifting suite and offering guests the opportunity to take professional headshots. The company will also host Executive Office Hours, a program in which attendees will be able to interact one-on-one with 16 senior executives from a variety of companies and industries.
