Experts Reveal How Many Carbohydrates You Can Eat Without Ending Ketosis

S&Co client Max Lugavere was featured in an article explaining how many carbohydrates one can eat while still being in ketosis. The Keto Diet is one of the many diet trends of 2018, in which one eats a diet high in protein and fat and low in carbohydrates to put your body in a state of ketosis, during which your body burns fat for fuel. In the article, Max explains,  “Ketone production in your body is not a function of fat consumed, but of carbs NOT consumed (as well as overall calorie intake).”
