Q: What time did you get up this morning?
A: 7:45a with the sweet sounds of Jasper (my 7 month old) ready for breakfast aka boob time.
Q: What is your favorite TV show?
A: What’s TV? With a baby, a book launch and a business I am not doing too much TV these days. I do love SNL though.
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: At the moment I am all about Sakara home delivered amazingness. They serve up GF DF deliciousness to your door with 0 prep time for mamma.
Q: Foods you dislike?
A: Anything spicy. I don’t understand the concept of eating pain.
Q: Favorite place to eat or restaurant?
A: Sushi Nakazawa in NYC. Sugarfish in LA
Q: Favorite dish you like to make yourself?
A: Steamed veggies with fresh ground spices and olive oil. Sounds boring but it is so grounding and nourishing. It is also really fast.
Q: Are you a morning or night person?
A: NIGHT! With all caps and an exclamation point. I am writing this at 12:04am while pumping. After Jasper goes to sleep and there aren’t any pending calls or meetings is when I have precious uninterrupted time. You can take the girl out of Broadway but it seems you can’t take the Broadway out of the girl.
Q: What do you like to do when you have a day off or to yourself?

Q: Any new and exciting news you’d like to share?
A: Oh just the culmination of my life’s work rolled into one book coming out on Feb 19th!!! It gives me goosebumps when I think about what the ripple effect of Stress Less, Accomplish More could be. Can you imagine a world with more meditation stations than coffee shops? A world where people think it is as rude to leave their hose without meditating as it is to leave without brushing their teeth? This book is going to rebrand meditation as the performance tool that it is so that people finally stop saying, “I’m too busy to meditate and get on with the important work of healing their brains and bodies so they can do the big work they were put on the planet to do.
