Describe your office space to us
Our offices have a clean, simple, open and contemporary design. The color palette is simple – white with wood accents. The furniture is modern, yet practical and comfortable. We also have huge photos of beautiful action shots of our athletes snowboarding, surfing, and jumping off of a cliff in a wingsuit which are pretty inspiring to look at every day!
When I walked in, the space immediately reminded me of a loft space in NYC – I love that vibe and it’s a great fit for the type of work we do. Because we do a lot of work with women, we wanted it to feel warm, welcoming, open. And we wanted the space to reflect the personalities of our clients (which the photos literally do).
What is your favorite part/design of your office space and why?
I love the high ceilings and skylights because we get tons of natural light and it makes for a healthier environment.
Do you feel that having a well-designed and inspiring office has changed the way you and your employees work?
I’m highly affected by my environment, and every day when I enter the office, I’m happy to be here. My hope was to create a space that makes people feel that way, whether it’s our employees or our clients and guests. I get a lot of positive feedback from visitors about the energy here. It’s LA so it’s all about the energy!
If you could use one word to describe the feel of the office space, what would it be?
Fresh
