Jam Sessions: Yoga for Foodies
In a quest to showcase the talents of chefs across the nation while embracing the art of food as an accessible gateway to the present moment, David Romanelli (aka Yeah Dave) presents Yoga for Foodies, a national tour in which he will collaborate with prominent, innovative chefs in each city to create a unforgettable foodie experience.
Romanelli will be at Postino Wine Café, 3939 East Campbell Ave., on April 30 with Ian Lopatin of At One Yoga and Lauren Bailey of Postino Wine Cafe. The experience begins with Romanelli’s one-hour vinyasa flow yoga class whose music and message will emphasize a more sustainable pace.
As you enjoy a post-yoga splendor, each chef will delve deeper into the mystery of her creations which are rooted in sustainability, eco-friendly practices, local farming and compassion.
