California Coastal Wildfires Contaminating Air and Water
Helen Christoni, SVP of AirDoctor and AquaTru by Ideal Living, joined KTVU to discuss how California wildfires—including the Plaskett and Timber fires in Monterey County—can affect air and water quality. She explained that wildfire smoke can travel more than 1,000 miles, extending its environmental impact far beyond the immediate burn area.
